At this General Assembly (GA), the updated Articles of Association (Statuten) are enforced. One new aspect is that it is now possible to authorize (machtigen) a member that is entitled to vote (stemgerechtigd lid) to cast a proxy vote on your behalf.
If you cannot be present during the General Assembly, but want to use the right to vote, then you can authorize one person to cast a proxy vote on your behalf at the General Assembly. This voting member cannot be authorized by more than three people.
Fill in the form if you want to authorize someone to cast a proxy vote on your behalf.
Note that you can only authorize another person until 6 hours before the GA starts.
