We have another amazing committee for you! We are looking for enthusiastic and dedicated committee members for the following committee!

Charity Committee
Note: we are only looking for a first-year student.
The Charity Committee devises three possible concepts of an interactive activity or a long-term project with a charity for next year and presents this at the first General Assembly at the 17th of September. The members will take votes and choose the concept the committee will work on. For the rest of the year, you will host the annual auction and free activities together with the charity. Diversity and Development Day Committee
The Diversity and Development Day is a growing success, with educational workshops, inspiring speakers and of course speed dating with potential employers, all in theme of diversity and development. Together with your committee, you will be responsible for planning this interesting day. Would you like to coordinate this eventful day, do you have organizational capacity and are you open-minded? Ecotribune Committee
The Ecotribune is the informal magazine of Kraket containing photo collages, articles about activities that have taken place, interviews with members, funny quizzes and some times a formal article. The magazine will be published four times a year. As a member of the Ecotribune Committee, you are involved in the whole process of making this magazine. From working with the design program Adobe InDesign or Canva to writing new articles and finding corresponding photos. Click here for previous editions of the Ecotribune. Educational Committee
The Educational Committee will consist of 2 students per year group, one from EOR and one from EDS. The primarily objective of this committee is to improve the learning experience for every student. As a member of this committee, you will play a crucial role in gathering feedback and suggesting improvements to teachers. First Year Committee
The First Year Committee is a great way to start your active membership with Kraket. You will organize two activities, a family day and you will guide the high school students who are curious how the life at the university will be, and you will be part of a committee that is filled with other first year students which will be a great start to get to know some of your fellow students! Happy Hour Committee
The Happy Hour Committee organises various fun activities throughout the year. Among these activities are Sinterkerst, the EGW's (Ectrie Goes Wild's), the year closure, a pubgolf and an activity where you can use your own creativity. International Committee
Note: this committee is open for Dutch students as well.
The international Committee aims to be the point of contact for all our international members. You can help your fellow international students navigating through a big city like Amsterdam, and of course the VU. Kick-Off-Your-Career Committee
Note: this committee is only for students who will be a master student during the Kick-off-your-career activity.
The Kick-off-your-career committee is Kraket's newest career event where master students come into contact with various companies that will present a debate with challenging propositions. As a committee member of the Kick-off-your-career committee, you are responsible for organising this day where your fellow student may find their future employer. The organisation of this activity contains the search for a suitable location, finding interesting companies who will be present at a company fair and at the debate, and managing the day itself. Furthermore, lunch and dinner, such as a BBQ must not be forgotten. Do you want to work in a formal way as a Kraket committee member and do you want to get in touch with different companies? Ski Trip Committee
Note: we are only looking for a first-year student.
This year Kraket will go to La Plagne, France in January. Do you love to ski, snowboard or après-ski and want to be part of the committee? Sign up!

Sports & Games Committee
The Sports & Games Committee is an amazing opportunity to embrace your inner athlete and create lasting memories. In this committee, you are responsible for the exercise of our beloved members. While you normally compete in the UB (University Library), you are now going to compete on the field for the cup. Two times a year the Sports & Games Committee organizes a nice sporty activity and our yearly Pubquiz. Are you a fit person and do you like sports? Sign up!

Study Trip Committee
Note: this committee is only for third-year or higher students.
This year Kraket organises a short study trip for its third-year and higher students. During this trip you will visit companies, universities, and of course learn about the culture of the country while doing fun activities ofcourse. Sustainability Committee
In the world we live in today, sustainability is an important topic for the future of the world. Therefore, The Sustainability Committee organizes a sustainability period. During this period, various activities centered around the topic will be organized, including a day where businesses will give presentations and present cases involving the topic of sustainabiltiy.
